Autographed Baseball card of Marge Wenzell, who played in the All American Girls Professional Baseball League, which was in existence from 1943-1954. This is the league that the movie "A League of Their Own" was based on. Marge played infield and outfield, back of card gives a detailed summary of her stats and career highlights. She played for the Fort Wayne Daisies, Racine Belles, and the South Bend Blue Sox, Springfield Sallies and others. The autographs were obtained in person by me when my brother hired the ladies to sign autographs at shows in the Pacific NW during the mid 1990's. Great authentic piece for your collection!
