****READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING Used ignition coil harness. This harness is for the 97-98 LS1 coils (ACDELCO D580) that mount direct to the valve cover. This harness only works with the 97-04 LS1 coils, nothing else. This will also snap onto 99-04 LS1 coil brackets, HOWEVER, this harness does not have the metal tab clips to affix to those brackets, as 97-98 coil harnesses attach to the valve cover. This harness fits either cylinder bank (1, 3, 5, 7) or (2, 4, 6, 8). You must properly identify cylinder 1 or 8 when installing this harness, otherwise the coils will fire in the wrong order. Price is for 1 harness. The plastic clip tab is damaged on the 7-pin connector that snaps to the coil bracket (see photo #4). NOTE : There are 5 different factory LS ignition coils, 2 coil harness connectors, and 4 different ignition coil brackets and 6 different coil harnesses. You cannot mix and match coil harnesses on brackets, the brackets are specific to each style coil and so is the harness. Make sure you are ordering the correct coil harness for your application!!
