144 Issues Lot ARMOR Magazine of Mobile Warfare Military Tanks Calvary 1970-2004 --- Some signs of spine staple rust, covers show finish rubbing in some cases, some signs of handling including handling creases and occasional handing soiling (some of the older covers are not on slick paper so tended to get finish wear from handling and rubbing against other issues). --- Some issues have the appearance of not being read while others show obvious signs of handling and reading wear. --- Some other condition issues from storage (some issues have dust shadows on the cover edges and there are some that have bent from the way they were stored). A "dust shadow" is caused when paper items such as magazines are stacked unevenly so that some cover edges extend out past the stack above causing dust accumulation over the years and appears as discoloring with spotting (not mold or mildew but a darker area with some darker spots), I show some examples in the photos when I photographed the stacks that I sorted by year). And some have bending as noted from storage (not really that many and they are not actually creased, I show some of the more obvious examples in the photos). --- I don't detect mildew or mold, and no signs of being around a smoker that I can smell or see. --- A few issues have cover damage, one of the 1972 issues has a patch of facing missing from the cover. One of the 1974 issues has some facing damage on the back with some brown wrapping paper stuck to that area, appears to be the result of perhaps a paper mailer wrap. --- There are no subscription mailing labels. I personally sorted these into order so anything really obvious in terms of actual physical damage should have been noted (I mention that only to point out I personally handled each of the issues, it doesn't mean I didn't miss something but I tried to note obvious or general condition issues). --- A bimonthly publication, 1973-1983 complete (from 1972-1993 only missing 7 issues), from 1994 (only 1 issue) until the last year 2000 issue (nov-dec) there are no issues (so a gap essentially between 1994-2000 except for two issues).
